City of Searcy - Sunset Point Subdivision

This 17 acre residential subdivision was very unique because it was right in the middle of a very old, well established residential area near downtown Searcy. It also had a large waterline that cut through the center of the property & created some lot sizes that did not conform to the subdivision code.

By utilizing the cities Planned Development option WES, Inc. was able to accommodate the non-conforming conditions and design the new subdivision’s infrastructure while maintaining the character of the surrounding area.
